Founded by Chef Xiaofei Zuo — originally from Tianjin, China — the restaurant brings a rare and authentic Lanzhou noodle tradition to Manitoba. Chef Zuo spent two months in China mastering the art of la mian under teachers who had perfected the craft for over 40 years, followed by eight months of daily practice before opening his doors on Pembina Highway.
